ITALGOM has established the following POLICY in its manufacturing plant in order to guide its commitment to protect and care for the environment, hygiene and safety of the workers, contractors and visitors.

The work in pursuit of the Environment, Hygiene and Industrial Safety, is an essential business function, which can also provide a competitive business advantage.

Incidents, injuries during work and impacts on the environment; everything must be prevented. This can be possible by means of design and application of reliable processes and safe practices, all of which can be obtained through a continuous training.

In order to implement its policy, ITALGOM set objectives about the Environment, Hygiene and Industrial Safety.

To Identify the plant’s environmental aspects and potential risks of hygiene and safety.

To Guarantee compliance with applicable laws.

To Adopt economic and functionally viable technologies in order to prevent environmental pollution.

To Ensure the replacement of all components / products that are being used within the plant which may alter, damage or modify the Environment.

To Train the personnel for environmental protection, hygiene and safety.

To Evaluate the performance in the protection of the environment, hygiene and safety at the plant as to achieve the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management system.

To Communicate the policy and objectives of the company regarding the care of the Environment.
